PURETEIN™ Bioscience LLC, founded in 2007, is a growing Minneapolis based company. Developed to bring safer, science-based, higher quality feed ingredients to the current market, with the purpose of helping livestock producers more efficiently address global food security and sustainability issues. To accomplish this, we developed our own patent-pending process that refines and improves existing all-natural co-products; increasing the overall efficacy, safety, and sustainability of our feed ingredients, while more efficiently utilizing commonly available co-products from the food processing industries.
Ensuring product quality and safety is fundamental to PURETEIN™. We believe that our customers should have peace of mind using our products, and able to trust and verify our claims. Because of this, we invest heavily in the highest standard of safety protocols, with extensive research and development. As an example, over 10 research trials at both public institutions and private companies have been done with live animals to ensure safety and efficacy before initial product launch. We continue to use and promote innovative science and safety protocols that reflect our products and company values of trustworthiness, transparency, commitment, and efficacy.
PURETEIN™ Responsibility
As a privately held company, we also recognize our responsibility to give back to the communities where we live, and the industry we serve. We have provided support to a variety of industry organizations, including the American Society of Animal Science, Allen D. Leman Swine Conference, American Feed Industry Association, the National Pork Producers Council, and Targeting Excellence.
Internationally we support Farmers Feeding the World, and Heifer International. Locally we support the University of Minnesota Children’s Cancer Research Fund, Little League, 4-H, and Boy Scouts of America.
